Lao Huo Tang, which opened at Hawker Centre in 2008, serves classic Chinese soups that are mild tonics made from fresh vegetables, lean beef or pork ribs, and natural ingredients, making the soups naturally low fat, low calorie, and low sodium. Traditional Chinese soups are distinguished by the absence of oil, cream, and butter!

 

Due to space constraints in the Hawker Centre, which hindered our inventiveness in delivering more traditional foods, Lao Huo Tang opened a restaurant in 2011 with the goal of giving more healthy Cantonese style soups and home-cook cuisine to its consumers. Lao Huo Tang Restaurants are well-known now for their healthy Cantonese-style soups and traditional home-cooked meals. Lao Huo Tang will continue to make more nourishing soups at an inexpensive price and strive to bring more restaurants closer to all of their customers.
